Remember our golden oldies who were recently featured on the national RSPCA page? We’re overjoyed to share some truly heartwarming news — Jasmine (14) and Saffron (10) have officially found their forever home!
These two beautiful girls came into our care after their beloved owner sadly passed away. Despite their age, Jasmine and Saffron were full of love, energy, and affection — a bonded pair who simply wanted to spend their golden years together in a peaceful, loving home.
When their story reached the RSPCA’s national page, it touched the hearts of many. One of those people was Maureen, who instantly fell in love with them both. After meeting Jasmine and Saffron, she knew right away that they were meant to be part of her family.
Now, these golden oldies are settling into their new home, surrounded by comfort, care, and love — exactly what they deserve after such a difficult time.
Carina Porte, Animal Care Manager said: “We were determined to find them the loving retirement home they truly deserved. We couldn’t be happier that Jasmine and Saffron will now spend their golden years together, safe and loved.”
