WITH YOUR FUNDRAISER

WHY FUNDRAISE FOR OUR BRANCH?

For over a century, our branch has supported animals across Hull and East Riding.

As an independent RSPCA branch, we:

  • Rehabilitate animals who have experienced cruelty or neglect
  • Provide specialist veterinary and behavioural care
  • Carefully match animals with safe, loving homes
  • Educate our community about responsible animal welfare
  • Support wellbeing through volunteering and social prescribing

Kindness doesn’t happen by accident.
It needs time, care and the right space to work.

Building Hope is about creating that space.

REAL STORIES OF HOPE

Bella

Bella was a severely neglected dog who arrived to us malnourished and frightened.

Thanks to a member of the public’s generosity, we were able to provide Bella with the medical care she desperately needed, including surgery and months of rehabilitation.

Today, Bella is thriving in her forever home, a reminder of the lasting impact of funding from the public.

Whiskers

Whiskers, a timid tabby, was rescued from a life of neglect. Found living in a tiny, filthy cage, she had never known the joy of a warm lap or the comfort of a home. Her coat was matted, and she suffered from malnutrition. Thanks to the dedicated team at RSPCA Hull and East Riding, Whiskers received urgent medical attention, followed by careful socialisation to help her overcome her fear of humans. Slowly but surely, Whiskers learned to trust, and soon she found a loving owner who was willing to give her the tender care she deserved. Today, Whiskers is thriving, happy, and enjoying her new life as a pampered house cat.

Setting up donations

We recommend creating a JustGiving page as part of our Building Hope JustGiving campaign. It’s secure, easy to share and allows gift aid to be added where eligible.

You can also:

  • Use sponsorship forms
  • Accept cheques (payable to RSPCA Hull & East Riding branch)
  • Drop cash donations into one of our charity shops

As a fundraiser, you are responsible for ensuring all funds raised are passed directly to the branch.

If sending a cheque, please post to:
