Overall Purpose of the Role
Our charity shops are a vital part of the RSPCA Hull & East Riding Branch, raising essential funds to support our animal rescue centre and community outreach work. As a Front of House Retail Volunteer, you’ll help create a welcoming and friendly shopping experience for our customers, ensuring the shop floor is tidy, well-stocked and inviting. o

- Restocking shelves and rails and keeping displays tidy
- Creating window and in-store displays
- Serving on the till (optional – training provided)
- Promoting Gift Aid, fundraising campaigns, and supporting social media activity

- Customer service and retail experience
- Confidence building and teamwork skills
- The satisfaction of supporting local animal welfare work
